Does converting to PNG keep transparency?

Yes. WebP's alpha channel carries over directly to PNG, so any transparent or semi-transparent areas in your image stay transparent in the result. Nothing gets flattened onto a background.

Will the PNG file be larger than the WebP?

Usually, yes. PNG uses lossless compression that's generally less efficient than WebP's, so expect the converted file to be somewhat bigger, particularly for photographic images.

Can I convert several WebP images at once?
