Refund Policy

Requesting a refund

If something went wrong with a charge, email support@universalpdf.com from the address on your account, ideally with the date and amount of the charge. We review every refund request case by case and reply within 1–2 business days.

Trials and renewals

Pro starts with a 7-day trial for $1.00 and renews automatically at $49.99 per month unless you cancel. The renewal price is shown on the payment screen before you subscribe, and we email you a reminder before your trial ends. Cancelling at any point during the trial stops the renewal.

UK & EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. When you start your trial you ask us to begin your access immediately, so this right ends once your access has begun. If you have not used the service yet, email support@universalpdf.com within 14 days and we will refund your payment to the original payment method within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to cancel

Sign in and open the billing portal from your account. Cancelling stops future charges immediately; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund of past charges, but you can request one as described above.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including rights that consumers in the UK and EU may have in relation to digital services.
