Do I need an account or subscription?

How do I rotate left instead of right?

Choose 270°. Rotating 270° clockwise is exactly the same as rotating 90° counter-clockwise, so your image ends up turned to the left.

Does rotating lose quality?

Rotation by 90, 180 or 270 degrees simply remaps pixels, so there is no visible quality loss. JPGs are re-encoded at high quality; PNG and WebP output is effectively identical to the source.
