Frequently asked questions

What happens to animations and transitions?

PDF is a static format, so slide transitions, builds, and animations aren't preserved. Each slide renders as it would look at the end of its animation sequence. Embedded videos also don't play; they appear as a still frame.

Do speaker notes come through?

No, only the slide content itself converts. If you need notes included, export them from PowerPoint as a separate document, or print slides with notes to PDF directly from PowerPoint before uploading here.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

Universal PDF requires a Pro subscription. One subscription unlocks every tool on the site, and you can cancel anytime.

Is my presentation kept private?

Your file uploads over an encrypted connection, and you can delete it anytime from My Files.
