No. Each PDF page is placed on its slide as a high-resolution image, so the text is part of the picture rather than an editable text box. If you need to rework the wording, convert the PDF to Word instead and rebuild those sections in PowerPoint.
Rendering each page as an image guarantees the slide looks exactly like the PDF: fonts, spacing, and graphics cannot break or reflow. The tradeoff is editability: you get a faithful visual copy for presenting, not a deck you can restyle element by element.
Everything that works at the slide level: reorder, duplicate, or delete slides, add speaker notes, insert new slides between the converted ones, and layer your own text boxes or shapes on top of the page images. Only the imported page content itself is fixed.
