How do I use Organize PDF?

Use the ↑/↓ buttons on any thumbnail to move it to a new position, ⟳ to rotate it, or ✕ to delete it.

Frequently asked questions

Does my PDF ever leave my device?

No. Page thumbnails are rendered and rearranged on your device. The file itself stays with you unless you explicitly choose to email the result or save it to My Files.

What's the difference between this and Split PDF?

Organize PDF changes the order, rotation, and page count within a single output file. Split PDF instead breaks one PDF into several separate files, so use Split if you want multiple documents rather than one reordered document.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

Universal PDF requires a Pro subscription. One subscription unlocks every tool on the site, cancel anytime. Organizing your PDF runs on your device.

Can I undo a deleted page?

As long as you haven't exported yet, you can keep editing. Deleting a page only removes it from the working copy in your browser tab. Once you've saved and closed the tab, re-upload your original PDF to start over.
