VAC Form 441, the Direct Deposit Request, is the form Veterans Affairs Canada clients use to have benefit payments deposited straight into a bank account, or to update banking details that VAC already has on file. If someone manages a client's finances under a power of attorney or similar arrangement, VAC has rules about who may sign banking forms, so confirm the current requirements with VAC before submitting.
How to fill out VAC Form 441

- Banking details: branch (transit) number, institution number, and account number, exactly as your bank lists them

How to submit the form
Send the signed form to Veterans Affairs Canada using the submission details listed on the current version of the form and on the VAC website. Banking changes can often also be made through My VAC Account, which avoids mailing paper banking information.
Until VAC confirms the change, keep your old account open so no payment is missed.
