Anyone mailing an eligible application or petition to a USCIS lockbox can include it. USCIS lists the compatible forms, which include many of the most commonly filed ones:

How to fill out Form G-1145
This is the simplest form in the USCIS catalog, with just a handful of fields.
- Enter your full name exactly as it appears on the application or petition you are filing.
- Provide the email address where you want the acceptance notice sent.
- Provide a U.S. mobile phone number if you also want a text message.
- Clip the completed form to the front of the first page of the application or petition before mailing. Do not bury it inside the packet.
Filing tips
The listed edition of Form G-1145 is dated 09/26/14, and USCIS accepts previous editions of this particular form. There is no separate filing fee listed for it; you can confirm current fee details on the USCIS fee schedule.
